Brantford police continue to investigate the homicide of a Brantford man that occurred Thursday evening at a Henry Street residence.
The victim has been identified as a 60-year-old man who was known to the accused. The victim’s name is not being released at this time out of respect for the family.
Aedyn James Pickering, of Brantford was arrested at the scene, and is charged with first degree murder.
Pickering appeared in bail court this morning and was remanded into custody.
Members of Brantford Police Service remain on scene at the Henry Street residence, however police are not looking for any other suspects.
