Colonel Russell Williams was the commander of CFB Trenton, Canada’s largest air force base.
He was the last person anyone would suspect of the crimes taking place in the small town of Tweed Ontario.
Strange break and enters were occurring in Tweed starting in September of 2007, and the Ontario Provincial police were unaware similar crimes were also taking place 200 kms away in Orleans, a suburb of Ottawa.
These break ins would continue for 2 years before escalating to something much more sinister when Jessica Lloyd from Belleville suddenly disappeared.
