Angela Meyer, age 22, from Talurjuaq Inuk community, went missing from her parents’ residence.
She was on a weekend pass from Stanton Territorial Hospital and under the legal guardianship of her mother.
Miss Meyer had gone outside of the residence for a cigarette and has not been seen since.
She struggled with schizophrenia, and was last seen in Yellowknife on Nov. 27, 2010.
She was prescribed various medications, and did not take the medications with her when she went missing.
The temperature outside was freezing, It was -20 C and Angela was wearing black yoga pants, short grey boots, and a brand-new white Helly Hansen jacket.

The RCMP received a handful of tips, some claiming they saw the young woman in a disoriented state.
She was believed to have been sighted in the Ptarmigan Road, Con Road, and Con Trailer Park in the afternoon and early evening hours of Saturday, November 27.
However these tips have Angela was wearing a black and red jacket — not her white coat.
Her mother is unsure of the exact circumstances but at some point during the investigation, the white coat Angela was wearing was found at her apartment and her black and red Arctic Winter Games volunteer jacket was missing.
Her mother believes that after Angela left the porch, she stopped by her old apartment and switched jackets.
