Reginald Durocher charged with first-degree murder, for death of his son’s alleged killer.

Saskatchwan RCMP have arrested 64 year old Reginald Durocher, in connection to a fatal collision, and charged him with first-degree murder.

Ryan Clark, 34, was killed on April 4, 2023, after being struck by a vehicle outside of a liquor store on highway 2 in Northside Saskatchewan.

According to CKOM, the incident was captured on a nearby store’s surveillance cameras.

Ryan David Clark had previously been convicted of second-degree murder, in the death of Christopher Durocher.

Christopher Durocher was found beaten to death in 2016, in an RV at Christopher Lake.

Clark appealed his second-degree murder conviction, up to the Supreme Court of Canada, and in late 2022 his conviction was overturned and a new trial was ordered.

Reginald Durocher appeared Thursday in provincial court in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes continues to investigate the collision.
