A violent sex offender found not criminally responsible for two sexual assaults as well as assaulting a police office has gone missing from a CAMH facility.
He is currently bound by a Form 49 Warrant of Committal.
Peter was last seen on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at approximate 4 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
According to Toronto Police this is the third time in 6 years he has escaped custody. He walked away in 2017 and again in 2021.
He is described as 5’7″, 220 lbs., with a medium build and dark brown hair in twists. He was last seen wearing a dark grey hooded sweater and grey high top shoes.
