Toronto police have issued a Canada wide warrant for Maria Mikhailitchenko, 46, of Thornhill.
She is wanted for fraud over $5000, theft over $5000 and breach of trust.
In November of 2023 Mikhailitchenko was hired by a couple to help facilitate the sale of their home.
According to investigators “The victims sold the home, and the woman held the profits in trust for the victims”
The victims tried to contacted Maria on several occasions to obtain the profits from the sale of the home, but she didn’t show up to these meetings.
